We assign individual properties to franchised, local property managers to oversee the rehabilitation, lease up, and on-going management of the property. Inventories are then placed on the blockchain in which private investors may purchase PositiveSum security tokens which entitle the holder to rents generated by the inventory. The sale of PositiveSum returns liquidity to the exchange for additional acquisition of REO property continuing the cycle.
Investors can also stake to provide liquidity to more efficiently move commodities between parties.
