Investors

Initial investors will gain shares in DIGAU, Inc.  These funds will be used to acquire, rehabilitate, lease out real estate while handling servicing our legal, compliance, and operational costs.  Funds will be locked in through the first tranche of real estate being placed on the exchange and Security Tokens for rents being sold.  Initial investors will have an opportunity to sell their interest in DIGAU, Inc and receive profit or allow their stake to continue to grow in a second round of real estate acquisition.  After each round, initial investor funds are available for withdraw through the exchange.  Investors may sell instantly to the exchange for a pre-determined price or may list them on the exchange for preferably a higher price.

Future investors, your opportunity to invest through the exchange will give you granular access to properties which is an improvement on the standard Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) model of buying into all projects owned by the REIT. As you know all real estate markets are different with some appreciating while others may stagnate. Our method allows investors to participate in markets they are close to and understand what is going on in that specific market or investing in specific areas where economic pressures may be advantageous to investors over and above what may be the current trend in their local market.  Below is a simple flowchat expressing how you can participate.
